Graduating high school sucks. Right after I walked off that stage with my diploma my giant group of friends dwindled to 3 people, 2 of which hardly speak cause of their jobs and upcoming school. The worst part is how silent it all is. No one gets in fights or argues, it’s just… Everyone grows up. Getting older means losing people just by schedules. Every once in a while someone comments on your new picture “I miss you!!” And you talk awkwardly for a couple minutes before going on with your life.
Tess knows this, that in those small amount of months left, she’s gonna be all by herself again with no one to blame except getting older.
