Oof as much as i dislike Lucy that was a bit harsh. She is still allowed to go eat fastfood with her friend. That doesn’t mean she’s trying to harass you or something

he did kind of try to tell her that stuff between him and Daisy is weird right now but she brushed him off and didn’t listen. From his perspective this would seem pointedly uncomfortable

Dang, I’m surprised he thinks she is “trying to remind him of how he messed up” when all she did was being the girl she KNOWS he’s crushing on (and she obviously knows Daisy likes him back) to see him lol. I love Paulo but dang man, Lucy isn’t petty/cruel like THAT ðŸ˜

Paulo is such a good character with so much growth behind him. The fact he is standing up for himself here while also not raising his voice or making a scene is such a milestone for him. Even if he might be misunderstanding the situation, it doesn’t mean he has to be okay with being forced into interactions he has made very clear he is not comfortable with.

well, looks like what Paulo was talking about during Lucy’s dissociation event was incredibly important to him. My first reaction was “haha, what a loser, get a spine”, but really, the dude is having a bad time. Intense moment, all things considered.

And this is also why she stays away from you guys whenever she does something nice or kind you see it as a slap in the face.
At this point if I was Lucy I would just give Daisy her milkshake and leave them alone.
Good on Paulo for standing his ground and keeping his boundary.
Also I hope this is where the title of the chapter comes in with Daisy and Lucy for their friendship.
