*Katie rubs her chin.*
Katie: Okay, so, like, this whole day is, like, about activities with partners, right?

Lucy: You got it.
*Lucy throws a punch that Mike blocks without even looking.*

*Katie smiles nefariously.*
Katie: Oh, that’s, like, a perfect opportunity for my SECRET plan..

*Katie blushes, putting her hands to her cheeks.*
Katie: I’m gonna, like, pair up with the hottest boy and, like, seduce him into inviting me to prom night!

Lucy: You do realize you’re talking out loud, Katie?
*Katie looks flustered as Lucy’s comment snaps her out of her scheming.*

Lucy: Lucky for you, none of these idiots were listening.
*Paulo and David chat in the background, unaware.*

*Katie points, mouth agape.*
Katie: Oh my GAWD, who is THAT?!
*Lucy raises an eyebrow.*
Lucy: Huh? You mean David?

*Katie puts her hands to her face and her eyes grow large.*
Katie: What is UP with his fur?! It’s like, shinier than mine is! How does he, like, do that?! I have GOT to know his, like, routine!

*Mike wryly smiles as David approaches.*
Mike: Maybe you can convince him to give up his secrets.

*Lucy playfully glances at David.*
Lucy: Ready for today’s games, David?
David: Am I ever!
*Katie stares, awestruck.*

*David takes notice of Katie’s stare.*

*Katie holds her hands to her chin and blushes.*
Katie: Oh. My. Gawd.

*David stares at her with a dumb, blank smile. He is surrounded by sparkles.*

*Katie’s eyes grow wide and glisten.*
Katie: What kind of product do you USE?

*Still surrounded by sparkles, David makes a dopey smile.*
David: Ovaries

*David walks past Katie, who stands in stunned silence. Mike and Lucy stand beside her awkwardly.*
Katie: …

*Lucy holds her fingers to her mouth.*
Lucy: I.. guess it’s just some new kind of brand.
*Mike stares at Katie with a deadpan expression.*
Mike: It’s exotic.

*Katie frantically searches through an issue of “Teen Life” magazine.*
Katie: So is that, like, hair spray or something?
*Lucy shouts at Katie in disbelief.*
