You know… twisted as these events are in Jess’ favor, I do have one positive thing to say about this play… A LOT of the school still believes the rumors Tess spread. Presenting the events this way could at LEAST create a lot more doubt regarding those rumors, and possibly get the student body to change their perspective on Jess. After all, the only people that really know about these events are those Jess told at the sleepover. This at least helps spread that story to a wider audience, and doesn’t really risk hurting Tess’ reputation since she already graduated.
