Lol, i know this is based on what happened to Jess but purely in the context of the play it makes so little sense to a hilarious degree. Imagine the authorities going “yeah sorry lady, i know you have incriminating evidence against her but we can’t really validate it cause there was this one time you were horny and send a spicy text to every single person in your contacts at the same time.”
