I’m not sure if she meant it that way but she should pick her words carefully. If you think about it fashion could be considered a waste too, it’s not exactly curing cancer or feeding the world but it does bring entertainment to people and makes people happy which is important right? Just like with video games it makes Mike happy and gives him a chance to unwind. Sandy should notice that gaming is relaxing to him as buying clothes and shopping is to her and she should value that, you can’t change what he likes or what he enjoys.
