god these last two pages have been So Fuckin Cute, & so nostalgic……. i loved the goofy “do you guys just follow us everywhere” bits in the early comics so im absolutely Delighted to see that again!!!! aa!!

that being said, this REALLY puts into light how……not down w/ it Lucy is….. she got even more blank and emotionless the second mike showed up. it seems like she just kind of shut down her feelings as soon as she saw him. LIKE… SHE SEEMS.. like she’s just uhhh Not Happy to be talking to them, despite the fact that she’s engaging in conversation and like. idk. giving feedback on Daisy’s life, she’s not doing it in any way that shows she’s Invested. ya feel. like this is the sort of talking people do when they’re Over It but like “ill just talk so it’s not obvious im over it” but it still comes through.

also? i love the style of Daisy’s memory/explanation, it’s So Fuckin Cute
