Good for you Daisy. You did what I thought you’d do given your history, but did it in a way that I honestly can’t find fault with. Smart and sensitive. Kudos.
Still though… play with Augustus and you might get burned.

that touch
DAT BLUSH
This ship will be the death of me.
Sillyness aside, glad that Augustus is going to get help
Or atleast something positive to aid him

I think Daisy’s face in the second-to-last panel is very interesting. It’s almost as if she is ashamed to say he needs help. Perhaps because she is sad that the help can’t come from her, or maybe because she just feels awkward addressing such an issue with a person she’d pretty much like to avoid for the moment. It could also be that she feels uncomfortable changing the subject like that - in a moment they are talking about her and trying to make sure she’s ok, and she just changes the focus to him. Almost as if she is refusing the attention she has sought for so long because she acknowledges the fact that there are other more important issues to cover. Another interpretation could be that she doesn’t feel in a position to point out the obvious like that - the comment should’ve come from somebody closer to him, only she is the closest there is, and she doesn’t want to be. Either way, no matter how you look, you can get a really good grip of their relationship expressed by that look alone. Great work, Taeshi!
