Abbey is one of the smartest characters in the comic, it wouldn’t surprise me if he caught on as soon as he saw Paulo and Daisy together back in Third Wheel, but he wanted to handle it gracefully now that he’s on friendlier terms with Paulo and doesn’t want to fall back on his violent tendencies. He’s most likely hurting on the inside (which I imagine this chapter will cover if it’s indeed a Paulo/Abbey chapter) but hopefully he’ll be able to process and come to terms with it in a healthy manner.

The absolute state of panic they had clearly shows that they REALLY need to make a game plan on how they’re going to address this situation with Abbey… They cannot keep this up in any capacity without saying something/acting suspicious.
Jordan catches on for once. Amazing. But it’s not like they’re particularly great at hiding it in the first place.
