it’s a good thing for Daisy to have pushed back a little bit. Paulo is ultimately correct in his ideas, especially judging from his track record, but it also felt like he was over-correcting. the relationship with Jasmine didn’t work either, because while he might prefer the pacing to the alternatives, that was so slow and minimally involved with each other to the point where they, especially Paulo, were getting frustrated. a little bit of coaxing out to make sure things do actually progress, instead of the ~3 months where those two barely even touched each other, was needed
also she did need to get something back so good on him. gotta take some initiative sometimes
