Yeah, my prediction is that Abbey found out almost immediately (specifically the moment where Daisy holds Paulo’s hand in the air and calls him her boyfriend) but didn’t want to make a big deal out of it/fall back in bad tendencies so he’s just been playing oblivious to not make things awkward for them. Abbey is one of the smartest characters in the comic, there’s no way he’s not connected the dots by now.
