I mean the simplest answer is Paulo’s just embarrassed about his newfound friendship, but there is also the possibility it was about his mom (regardless of whether or not Lucy knows or if he’d be okay with that, he’s definitely not okay with Sue knowing) or about Mike (in which case lmao)

Paulo and Abbey were chatting about shitty parents / the book Abbey lent him on shitty parents, not Mike. The only person Paulo has directly told about how devastated he is about his mom’s abandonment is Abbey. Though the half-sister on Facebook incident probably clued Mike and David in as well.

Hahaha I am so happy to see more Paulo and Abbey interaction. I think this page happened after the weekend when Paulo drove Abbey and Molly to their meeting so I have a feeling it might be Paulo confiding about dealing with family issues and/or the anger stemming from it!
