I find it weird that he’s keeping his phone that has a raging psychopath who is waiting to verbally pounce on him on the other end out in plain sight. Like you think he would try to hide it in his drawers, or at the very least deliberately keep it uncharged during the day.

Yeah, to have something like that just in the open is not the smart play. You want to ragebait the dude who would love to go Patrick Bateman, which lets be real is its own form of stupidity, then that is your thing to do in private. But if you aren’t gonna take your phone with you when you leave the house, put the damn thing on silent and hide it in a spot no one is gonna check. Now Lucy, when the phone stops ringing, snap the damn thing in half, remove the sim card and hide that so it can never be used, and just like that, problem solved.

Honestly Augustus is being kind of an asshole by keeping this phone and allowing it to keep ringing like this. He keeps trying to do things to protect Lucy but sometimes the problem starts at home (literally). I know he probably doesn’t realise it’s affecting her this much, but he was awfully perceptive when it came to to Mike bothering her
