That, or it has something to do with a train. Usually when you hear the words “tickets please”, it tends to have to do with train conductors wanting to confirm everyone has a ticket for the trip.

For real!! If i were in her shoes i wouldnt get angry i would be sad, ashmed, guilty, take your pick. Its giving she doesn’t fully understand the gravity of her actions and that her choices actually affected the people around her.

I keep thinking of the time, back in Track Meet, where she says that Mike should have been madder with her over what she did. but also yelling at her is bad. first of all, that doesn’t really leave any range of acceptable response, and also he tried to destroy his bedroom, how much angrier can you get?
Sandy does tend to come off as a little sheltered, which, yeah, rich kid who got thrown into one of the particularly awful corporate worlds. but it’s left her completely unprepared to navigate a crisis of this magnitude. the only reason why it’s working is Mike’s own guilt, and I suspect that’s running out this volume

Mike seems like a ticking time bomb at this point, whether he just explodes on others again or maybe for once starts to make some changes in behavior remains to be seen. Whatever the case, he can’t keep going on like this, right??

At this point, I just want to see Mike snap at her, just a little. Would it be the healthy way to go? No, but I don’t think that she would take him seriously, no matter what he does or says.

It’s so interesting to see that while Sandy has been put into a mature working environment early on, she is obviously still very much a child and one of the cast’s most (emotionally) immature characters at this point. Mentioning Francis around Mike at all is some *crazy* work. She didn’t even let a lot of time pass and is just so nonchalant about it lol. Doesn’t make it any better just because Mike is not reacting much to anything from her anymore. She’s so busy talking she doesn’t even notice him being silent and dying inside 😭 But what’s also sad to witness here is that she doesn’t seem to understand the gravity of that situationship for herself just yet, her mom seems genuinely worried her daughter has been taken advantage of and is now taking countermeasures. (Rare good mom moment for her?? I want to believe it’s genuine and not just ‘we must protect your image and keep you out of controversies’ oh please 🥲)
