I get the distinct impression that he’s starting to regret what he said to her. I mean, crying, leaving impressions in a brick wall from his fingers, and his holding his hand over his mouth in a similar fashion to Lucy back in ‘December’ before she became physically ill…it’s just a hunch, but still.

I think it’s finally hitting Mike what he has done to her. Empathy is sometimes a very difficult feeling to learn, but hey, better late then never

Im fairly sure Taeshi has orchestrated this so Mike and Lucy’s actions are actually balanced. I’m not surprised people defend one or the other side still, even though nearly every argumentative comment I’ve seen on the topic starts like “Now I know Lucy was horrible too, but…” or “I know Mike’s reaction was totally uncalled for, but…”. That neutrality is there and its awesome. If Taeshi meant for that to happen, she did it well.
