*Alejandro grinds his teeth, eyes wide with pain.*
*Lucy steps away, dusting off her arm. Alejandro slides down the wall and onto the ground, clutching his crotch. His tail is fluffed up.*
*Lucy looks down at him.*
Lucy: Creep.
Lucy: You’d think I’d get all friendly with a scumbag like you?
*Lucy puts her hands to her hips and glares at Alejandro, who remains keeled over in pain.*
Lucy: What kind of pathetic loser bullies kids for their lunch money?
*She grabs Alejandro’s head and knees him in the chin. Alejandro spits out blood.*
Lucy: Now run away with your stupid friend and leave us alone.
*Lucy turns her back and runs to Mike, worried.*
Lucy: Mike!!
*Alejandro, in the foreground, dribbles blood from his mouth.*
*Lucy kneels beside Mike and inspects his bruised head. Mike is passed out.*
Lucy: Mike? You okay?
Lucy: Are you awake??
*Lucy’s expression of worry intensifies.*
Lucy: MIKE!!
*A shadow rises up behind Lucy as she pleads with Mike.*
Lucy: Please.. wake up.. We can go now!
*Alejandro suddenly turns Lucy around and pins her to the wall. Lucy grits her teeth, eyes shut.*
