Mike: Lucy..
Lucy: WHAT NOW.
*Lucy blushes, hunching over and looking annoyed.*
Mike: Thank you.
*Lucy looks up at Mike.*
*Mike looks down with a tender smile on his face. In his memory, Lucy stands between him and Alejandro as he lies on the floor.*
Mike: I kinda saw what you did.. or at least, I heard it..
*Lucy looks down, blushing.*
Lucy: …
*Mike turns and smiles kindly at Lucy.*
Mike: If it wasn’t for you, I don’t know what woulda happened.
*Mike’s expression softens further.*
Mike: You put yourself in a lot of danger.
Mike: For me.
*Lucy looks off to the side, blushing.*
*Mike puts his hands on Lucy’s shoulders. They stand silhouetted.*
Mike: I’ll always try to look out for you.. But it meant so much to see you doing the same.. I don’t think I’ll ever forget it.
*Mike tenderly closes his eyes.*
Mike: Thank you, Lucy..
*Lucy keeps her eyes averted, her blush deepening.*
*She looks up at Mike, nervously.*
*Lucy stands on her toes and kisses Mike on the lips. Mike’s eyes go wide with shock.*
