*Lucy stands between Alejandro and Mike with her arms stretched out protectively. She stares down Alejandro, breathing heavily.*
*Her stare hardens as she continues to pant.*
*Alejandro, with a confident smirk, easily kicks Lucy aside. Lucy looks pained as she falls to the ground, her tail fluffed up.*
*Lucy hits the ground hard.*
*Alejandro grabs Lucy’s head.*
*He flips Lucy over onto her back. Her eyes go wide in shock.*
*Alejandro pins Lucy to the floor. He kneels over her with a nefarious smile. Stars are visible in the sky above her.*
*Daisy wails, clenching her fist to her chest.*
Daisy: LUCY!!
*Lucy yells back at Daisy. Lucy’s shoulders are bleeding and her face looks dirty and bruised.*
Lucy: Just shut up and GO, Dai--
*Alejandro slaps her across the cheek.*
[The next sequence of panels shows Alejandro raking his claws against Lucy’s face.]
Alejandro: I think YOU should shut up, little girl..
Alejandro: And settle..
*Lucy cries as Alejandro’s claws dig into her skin.*
Alejandro: right..
Alejandro: down.
*Alejandro carves a deep scratch on Lucy’s face as she opens her mouth to scream.*
Lucy: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaa…
*Daisy watches, weeping. Her fur stands on end, and her hands remain clasped at her chest.*
