You’re downplaying the severity of it BADLY.
The reason this got so heated because this is based on REAL issues, which all gets worse if they are not tackled appropriately.
They should NOT be played off for comedy, since that indirectly justifies the perpetrators of it.
If you fail to see this, then that’s your problem, but some of us dislikes the possibility that someone might use this to justify for themselves that their bad actions are acceptable.
So excuse me for disliking a situation that shafts the weak and damaged, and allows the foolish and spiteful to justify their hateful actions

you all really do get hostile over a comic. It’s so….childish. And I don’t mean that you cannot discuss the chapter but it’s clear that you all don’t know how to accept each other’s opinions and respond civilly.
