That was one of the most depressing things I’ve ever read.

Throughout the entirety of the comic, relationships are built and fall apart in the span of a few pages. You’re constantly watching young people make countless mistakes that continue to haunt them chapters down the line. It’s heart-wrenching at times, and I was often on the verge of tears.

I loved almost every minute of it.

I’ve rarely come across any sort of media that has made me as emotional as Bittersweet Candy Bowl. It hits me right in the feels in just the right ways, where you are constantly hoping that the main characters get to be happy at the end of the day, and that the relationships of each character can survive the end of a chapter intact.
