Hmm. Is this an old enough bit of story to claim nostalgia? And I honestly hadn’t noticed the difference in Daisy ‘cause the change had always been a very subtle one. She’s always been curly, the current design is just more detailed, I suppose. And apparently the “most unchanged design over the course of time” award goes to Mike. Also, I’m looking forward to seeing ho you pace it this time, seeing how it’s twice as long as the original.

That Daisy sure is crazy.
I enjoy that people have noticed that I’ve altered the character designs based on their old ones.. and man do I believe Daisy suffers the most from that. I’m happy that she’s become a lot curlier, I think I reverted to that at several times, her simple curls are just so.. weird. They make her head-shape look odd. Oh well!

Great job so far with the older designs! It just proves to show how far you’ve come! Sue’s thinking posture in the first panel makes me think how cool a mystery comic would look! Cat detectives… Oh what next?

Daisy is given a distinct chin, Lucy and Mike’s ears are slightly longer and point outward more, Paulo’s whisker-fur(?) is more pronounced and Sue (eventually) gets longer hair. These are the design changes I’ve noticed since the first read-through.
