This is getting GOOD! It’s sounding like this is the big apology we’ve been all waiting for. I’m now thinking that he’ll apologize properly after the play, then paulo will waltz in, and lucy will have to choose O_O

The real question is: who is really feeling something more here outside of staying in character for the play? It’s ironic how Mike says “I’m here now”. Although he has made it clear he wants nothing to do with Lucy, what is he feeling at the current moment? Is he just staying in character? Or is it something more? It is difficult to tell because their personalities fit their roles so well, it’s a seamless transition from reality to the play. I can’t imagine Mike and Lucy’s relationship remaining stagnant after this kind of interaction, but I’ve never not been surprised by an outcome. I love this chapter. It is definitely my favorite thus far.
