I love Sue. She’s like Lucy without the heavy drama and emotions. She’s snappy, she’s intelligent, she knows what she wants, and her expression on panel five is amazing!
Despite Sue getting all jittery about the play, this is way, I mean WAAAY more lighthearted the other things that have come to past. I’m going to enjoy all of this as much as I can because, and this pun can never be overused here, once things get really “sweet” they tend to become very “bitter” (cue Lucy).

I don’t understand why everyone is thinking Lucy and Mike are going to have a love scene together. I think Sue is smarter than to push that… She cast this play when Lucy and Mike got really distant and cold with one another, so I think the play was written to make them feel more like a “brother-sister” kind of love for one another rather than a “dating” love. After all… the Blue blanket? The Pink Blanket? The casting of the “parents” having the same coloration of Lucy and Mike, but Gender-Bended?

Yeah, I think the whole plot is a ploy to get Mike and Lucy to get along again as friends that are as close as a brother and sister, rather than have them fall in love and hook up. Just sayin.

She really shouldn’t be shouting like that backstage. What if the audience hears her?
Anyways, I wonder when Lucy will show up, if she comes at all. Though, I think she will, since she seemed determined to do well on the play. I also wonder how she and Mike will react when together on stage. And how will everyone react if Lucy doesn’t show up? Does she have a double? Will Mike finally come out and admit what happened to everyone? Will we ever find out what happened between Lucy and Augustus in New Years? Or maybe Lucy will show up to the play at the very last minute with Augustus. lol
So many questions! O_O
