I have a feeling the following conversation may get a little tense.

Amaya and James both just kinda poof out of existence when they feel like it :D I’m sure it’s done for readability’s sake, but it’s kinda funny to imagine Amaya saw Lucy and just booked it out of there

Sue is such the realest. She’s always been so consistent with her support for Lucy - she’s like the 1 friendship I think Lucy actually has a problem with not acknowledging. There are real problems with Lucy’s relationship to Daisy and Paulo which make sense. Sue has been nothing but consistent and the one thing about the play she’s talked openly with her about. Have always found the dynamic with them weird on Lucy’s end and I’m such a Lucy stan.

i’m curious to see what paulo is going to think of mike getting ditched. i know their relationship has had their ups and downs as of late, but i can’t imagine it sitting right with him… he’s too loyal to all of his friends

Oh Lord, how’s Paulo gonna react to James gushing over David??

Hope Mike is okay and things get better for and James is such a snake just standing there like nothing just happened

Looks like Paulo may possibly be Mike’s Augustus…or time for Mike to accept the truth that what’s done is done, grow up, move on, and find new friends that get him. That’s soon to depend on what happens next from everyone’s foreshadowed reactions. (you’re a man Mikey, so start acting like it, and don’t let your emotions get the better of you at your lowest or you’ll regret it one day)

Then again, Paulo’s discreetly dating Daisy now and that leaves Abby…especially since Lucy assisted with shipping the two; so he’ll probably be distracted by that for awhile before he steps in. That and work and that’s a whole other story!

Maybe it’ll give Mike a chance to vent with Paulo away from the others. Worst case scenario, they turn that into a hangout spot (doubtful though because friends in the workplace always spell bad news for work ethics and professionalism).

However, at the same time he is not Mike who is always constantly obsessing over his lover on a device to the point of ignoring his friends (love is blinding and very changing, you’d be surprised!). Paulo is pretty straightforward and tells things how it is (or so he used to?) as he did prove in the Halloween Ark previously and from the looks of things, it looks like everyone is finally reaching that phase where it’s time for them to grow up and change and in some cases learn the hard way! Let’s just hope Mike does so because sometimes we all need that push aka that one friend to slap the sense into us and break us out of our pitiful emotional state. We’ve all been there at some point in our lives where reality strikes and that breaking point hits where it’s time to grow the hell up and stop whining and start acting.

I don’t know…, I don’t get the vibes that Paulo and Daisy are THAT much of friends to Lucy. Just Sue. I think it’s mostly about Lucy not having the feeling of “avoidance” anymore, than actually going back to them.

I wonder how they’re going to react to August destroying the friendship between Mike and James and basically isolating Mike from the rest of his friends?
