It seems Rachel and Paulo have formed quite a bond. I never would’ve imagined those two would become so close after the awkward situations they’ve been in. But i guess that’s out of character for Rach, she’s really a cool gal. I’m somewhat hoping she and Paulo stay together, and this is coming from a once diehard PauloxLucy fan! They just seem so perfect for each other, both of them can enjoy their perviness, free of drama and all things awkward :3

And on a side note, am i the only person who misses Sandy? I really wonder what she’s up to… I hope we know of her soon!

This sounds like the setup for a party quickly spiralling out of control, especially with booze involved if it is indeed “happy hour”. Honestly, I thought Rachel had more sense than to issue such an open-ended invitation. Hope she’s prepared to clean up the house afterwards.

@HongKat: the current year in the comic is 2008. See for example the poster in “Feline Filibuster” advertising the play as being in January 2008, or the calendar in Mike’s house in “December” showing December 2007. Keep in mind that Rachel’s birthday doesn’t need to be exactly on a weekend for her to throw a weekend party.

Oh? So perhaps Paulo is not with her officially? Paulo seems airy around her. Almost feel like either Rachel is trying to pull Paulo into something more official or really does like just doing it with him.
